چکیده

A recently developed state-of-the-art agent-based simulation of power distribution systems is capable of modeling the thermal and demand response behavior of many thousands of thermostatic end-use loads. It computes the total power consumed by electric power customers when responding to real-time prices. Investigation of the initialization transients has led to a more precise understanding of the relationship between the end-use state probability of thermostatic loads, end-use demand, and load diversity.

A Novel Market Optimization Model in order to Minimizing Environmental Cost Caused by Plants

Nowadays generation capacity in traditional grid depends on fossil fuels and contributes significantly to the increase of pollution emission. In deregulated grids in addition to using demand response programs (DRPs) to reducing the cost of electricity production, peak clipping and improve reliability use of green Plants such as hydro plant, wind plant become widespread. In a smart grid, end use...

بررسی تأثیر عدم قطعیت بار بر اولویت اجرای برنامه‌های پاسخ‌گویی بار

In smart grids paradigm, versatile demand response programs have been devised to accommodate the load flexibilities in optimal scheduling of distribution networks and increasing the techno-economic efficiency of electrification process. The initial models for prioritizing the demand response programs are mainly valid for the case of constant and deterministic load profiles. These models are tac...

The Effect of the Origin of Oil Price Shocks on Macroeconomic Dynamics in an Oil-Exporting Country: An Open DSGE Model

In recent years, some research has focused on the importance of the origin of an oil shock for macroeconomic dynamics in both oil-exporting and importing countries. The existing literature lacks a proper open Stochastic Dynamic General Equilibrium (DSGE) framework to investigate the effect of the origins of oil shocks on macro variables in a two-country model consisting of an oil-exporting coun...

The Influence of Smart Grid on TOU Programs With Respect to Production Cost and Load Factor, A Case Study of Iran

Reaching an electricity system which is both economically efficient and environmentally friendly is motivating countries to design and execute different types of TOU demand response programs. But there are certain deficiencies which prevent these programs to effectively modify the load shape. Smart grid as a means could help the electricity system to reach the highest demand side management ...

Optimal Operation of Microgrid in the presence of Real-time Pricing Demand Response Program using Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm with a Modified Choice Function

Abstract: Microgrid is one of the newest technologies in power systems. Microgrid can usually has a set of distributed energy resources that makes it able to operate separate from power grid. Optimal operation of microgrids means the optimal dispatch of power resources through day and night hours. This thesis proposed a new method for optimal operation of microgrid. In this method, real-time pr...
